Netprofit
Next Generation Internet and Mobile-aware POS Systems
Mozcom introduces the NetProfit line of next generation Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems. These POS systems boast of being designed from the ground up with Internet and mobile connectivity in mind.
Imagine having a POS that the business owner can access from anywhere and anytime using either an Internet web browser or a mobile phone’s SMS or WAP browser. Real-time sales summaries and details are only a click of the mouse or phone keypad away.

Fingerprint-based access forms the core
of the security features. Cashiers have to login using their fingerprint, while supervisors have to their override transactions with their fingerprints. This eliminates repudiation of fraudulent transactions.
POS systems are just glorified cash registers were it not for their ability to allow managers to analyze sales in a way that no traditional terminal can. The power of NetProfit really shines over competing products when it comes to sales data analysis. With its built-in Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) engine, decision makers can drill up or down into the details of the transactions. Data may be pivoted based on different dimensions like date, store, product code, product group and others. Aside from standard flat-file reports, the system also generates graphs and charts for easier analysis.
NetProfit POS is based on a scalable operating platform and conforms to industry-standard interfaces like the web protocol and Web Services.
