Mozcom Loyalty Rewards Program

Mozcom recently launched its Loyalty Rewards Promo, where active subscribers can earn points by maintaining their subscription and convert points to gift certificates. Read the full mechanics below, or call your nearest Mozcom Office for details.

MECHANICS

Open to all Mozcom post-paid Subscribers in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Baguio.

ELIGIBILITY

1) All active postpaid plans are included in the Loyalty Rewards Program.
2) An ACTIVE ACCOUNT is classified as one that: isn’t terminated, have no arrears, and no unsettled overdue balance.
3) All active postpaid accounts shall be automatically enrolled under the program.
4) Accounts terminated during the Loyalty Rewards Period shall no longer be eligible to join the program.
5) Accounts terminated during the Period for filing of Redemption Requests are no longer eligible to avail of the Gift Certificates included in the Rewards Basket. However, they may opt to use their Rewards Points earned to pay for balances due to Mozcom, Inc.

POINT SYSTEM

1) During the Loyalty Rewards Period = 1 point for every P30 of monthly billing (round-up format).
2) Active Accounts before the Loyalty Rewards Period shall be automatically given 50 points for every year of subscription provided said postpaid accounts are active and all monthly billings are completely settled. Table of points as follows:

1 month TO 1 year

= 50 pts

1 year & 1 month TO 2 years

= 100 pts

2 years & 1 month TO 3 years

= 150 pts

3 years & 1 month TO 4 years

= 200 pts

4 years & 1 month TO 5 years

= 250 pts

5 years & 1 month TO 6 years

= 300 pts

6 years & 1 month TO 7 years

= 350 pts

7 years & 1 month TO 8 years

= 400 pts

8 years & 1 month TO 9 years

= 450 pts

9 years & 1 month TO 10 years

= 500 pts

3) Straight forward, easy to understand 1 point = P1.00
4) Rewards points will be reflected on next billing.
5) Loyalty Rewards points earned can be monitored on-line.
6) Monthly billings which are disputed will only earn points once dispute is settled by both parties.

LOYALTY REWARDS PERIOD

March to September 2006

FILING OF REDEMPTION REQUESTS

1) Period – October to November 2006
2) The subscriber has to fill out the Redemption Request Form and submit it online.
3) The subscriber will get an automated reply message to confirm receipt of Redemption Request Form by Mozcom Inc.
4) However, once confirmation is sent, said Redemption Request can’t be revoked.

REDEMPTION

1) Period – December 2006
2) Redemption Centers – Mozcom office or provincial branches.

* Baguio - Stall 317 3F SM City, Luneta Hill, Upper Session Road, Baguio City

3) Subscribers are obliged to redeem the Gift certificates themselves.
4) In the event the subscriber can’t redeem it personally, then they may opt to send a representative that must present a Letter of Authorization together with a Xerox copy of the subscriber and representative’s I.D.’s


REWARDS BASKET

1) Sodexho Gift Certificates (for retail, electronics, hardware and fast food outlets)
2) Points earned can be used to pay your monthly billings for year 2007.

NOTE:
1. Rewards points are non-transferable.
2. Rewards points cannot be converted to cash.
