Refer-A-Friend Promo

Mozcom recently launched its Refer-A-Friend Promo, where subscribers
can refer friends or relatives to Mozcom and earn cash or rebates for
every approved referral. Read the full mechanics below, or call your nearest
Mozcom office for details:
Promo Mechanics
Open to all Mozcom post-paid Subscribers in Manila, Cebu, Davao,
and Baguio.
A Mozcom subscriber may refer his/her friends, family, or other interested
parties to Mozcom by either:
- Giving the name and contact number of the possible
subscriber to any of our customer service representatives.
- By filling up a referral form, which may be found
at any of our Mozcom offices.
- Submitting the new subscriber's application form
to any Mozcom office.
New subscribers who personally fill up an application form may indicate
on the form the name of the Mozcom subscriber to whom the referral should
be credited.
There are no limits as to how many referrals a subscriber may give.
Only "successful referrals" (approved applications) are eligible
for incentives.
Each successful referral will merit the referrer an "incentive",
the amount of which will vary depending on the number of successful referrals
the subscriber acquires:
- 1st - 5th successful referral: P200/referral
- 6th - 10th successful referral: P250/referral
- 11th - 20th (and so on) successful referral: P300/referral
Example: If a Mozcom subscriber refers 10 of his friends to Mozcom, 7
of which are approved, the referrer will get P200 each for the first 5
referrals, and P250 each for the 6th and 7th approved referral. No cash
incentive for unapproved referrals.
Only Principal Account holders may be credited with incentives. Sub-accounts
may refer new subscribers, but incentives will be released thru the principal
account holder. Distribution of which shall be on the discretion of the
Principal Account holder.
Applications should indicate name and reference number or email address
of referrer at the time of approval. Application approved without referrer
names will not merit any incentive.
A new subscriber may only have one referrer. In the event that more than
one (1) subscriber refers the same person, referral would be credited
to the one who submitted the referral first.
Incentives will be given out in the form of either cash/check or account
offsetting. The Subscriber has the option to choose. However, in the event
that the Subscriber has unsettled balances from the previous month, incentives
would be automatically used to offset his/her account. Outstanding balances
for the month that are have not yet been billed or are not yet past its
due dates are irrelevant to the distribution of incentives.
Mozcom shall inform the subscriber through email and phone if his/her
referral has been approved. Failure to read email or collect cash incentive
shall not be held against Mozcom.
All cash incentives will be released on the month following the new subscriber's
month of approval. If for example the new subscriber is approved on Jan.
13, the referrer may claim his/her cash incentive starting Feb. 15. Checks
will be issued every 15th of the month at the Mozcom offices listed below:
- Manila:
Suite 401, Centerpoint Building, Garnet St. cor. Julia Vargas Ave.,
Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Cebu:
Unit C, 11/F Metrobank Plaza, Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City
- Davao:
Unit 110, 11/F Landco-PDCP Corporate Center, J.P. Laurel St., Pryce
Business Park, Davao City
- Baguio:
Suite 3A, Piao Yan Shoppesville Bldg., 50 Bonifacio St., Baguio City
Mozcom subscribers may only claim their cash incentives in their local
Mozcom office. (i.e. Manila subscriber may claim check in the Manila office
only)
Inter-branch referrals are possible by using the subscriber reference
code. Cash incentives for inter-branch referrals shall be released in
the local area of the referrer. (i.e. If a Mozcom Manila subscriber referred
someone to Mozcom Davao, the commissions will be released in Manila.
A Mozcom subscriber who terminates his/her subscription to Mozcom will
no longer be eligible to receive incentives.
Redemption period shall be until 60 days after end of promo period.
Employees of Mosaic Communications, Inc. and participating outlets including
their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are
disqualified from joining the promo.
