Stores Asia 2006
July 21, 2006

Mozcom will proudly present its line of NetMachine kiosks, NetProfit's POS Systems and the award-winning PayEasy online payment system, at the 15th Annual Retail Suppliers' Exhibition: Stores Asia 2006, to be held this August 9-11, 2006 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel.

From the NetMachine kiosk family comes two new additions: the NMK-110 and NMK-200 application kiosks. Each kiosk is ergonomically designed and equipped with a touch-screen to ensure full interactivity. The kiosks are built from durable steel and can be customized to fit the customer's preferences. These can also be integrated with various input devices, such as USB phones, fingerprint scanners, and smart card readers. The real highlight of these kiosks is its easy integration with automated bills verification and acceptor units for the acceptance of cash payments. It can be used for applications such as Internet surfing, or even for dispensing prepaid phone card.

The PayEasy online payment system provide merchants a secure and unified way of completing online transactions. The system supports all major credit cards, BancNet and MegaLink ATM cards, PayPal, UCPB 1Time, as well as, Smart Money and Globe G-Cash. PayEasy won First Prize in the Search for Best IT Products and Services competition at the 2006 E-Services Philippines (ESP) Awards. "The beauty of PayEasy is that it can be used with almost all kinds of payment systems, be it mobile currencies or credit and debit cards, so that users can have an array of options to choose from," says Dick Chiang, President of Mozcom.

Also on display will be the NetProfit line of next generation Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems. These systems boast of being designed from the ground up with Internet and mobile connectivity in mind. Imagine having a POS that the business owner can access from anywhere and anytime using either an Internet web browser or a mobile phone's SMS or WAP browser. Reports are emailed directly or sent via SMS. Fingerprint-based access forms the core of the POS security features. Supervisor perform overrides by scanning their fingerprint, while cashiers login using the said procedure. This eliminates repudiation of fraudulent transactions.
