Payment Due Date

If your payment due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, you may settle your bill before the said days. If no payment is received on or before due date, service may be suspended without prior notice.

Minimum Payment Due

The subscriber must pay the total amount due as shown on the Statement of Account, however, for those who have made a prepayment, the minimum amount due must be the excess usage charge as reflected in the SOA.

Delinquent Account

If you do not pay the Amount Due on the Payment Due Date, your account shall be considered delinquent and your account may be deactivated by Mozcom. Accounts may only be reactivated upon settlement of the total outstanding balance, three month's advance payment and reactivation fee of P 220.00.

Value-Added Tax

Please note that charges are inclusive of Expanded Value-Added Tax (EVAT).

Payment Options - Auto-Debit Credit Card

CITIBANK ONE BILL

Mozcom postpaid subscribers can now pay their monthly bills through Citibank One Bill. Citibank One Bill is an auto-debit facility that allows you to pay monthly utility bills using Citibank Credit Cards. It consolidates utility bills in your Citibank statement. Enrollment forms are available in all Mozcom branches and can be downloaded here.
